Project Sixty-Four™ is the premier fall basketball development and leadership program of The HARRIS SHEARD FOUNDATION®, created to identify, develop, and empower the Mid-South's most promising middle and high school student-athletes.

The program combines elite athletic competition with academic encouragement, leadership development, character education, mentorship, community service, and college and career readiness. Every participant is selected through an objective evaluation and draft process, creating a competitive environment where athletes earn their opportunities through performance, effort, and sportsmanship.

Project Sixty-Four™ serves student-athletes throughout the Central Arkansas area, including communities within a 50-mile radius of Little Rock.
