YouthStats®

Where Young Athletes Become Young Professionals

YouthStats® is an innovative youth workforce development initiative that combines sports analytics, technology, journalism, media production, and leadership development by employing and training middle and high school students to operate live sporting events.

Beginning in 2026, YouthStats® will serve as the official statistics and analytics provider for basketball and flag football competitions sanctioned by the URBA and its affiliated organizations. Student team members will receive professional training in scorekeeping, statistical analysis, sports journalism, photography, videography, broadcasting, social media management, and event operations.

Every game becomes an opportunity for students to develop real-world career skills while helping athletes, coaches, families, scouts, and organizations gain access to meaningful performance data.

YouthStats® creates a complete ecosystem where student workers are not merely volunteers—they become certified sports professionals capable of producing accurate statistics, compelling media content, and comprehensive player evaluations.
